This is a curated opportunity for women and underrepresented creatives who have something meaningful to say, whether it’s your first keynote or your next step into visibility.

We are not looking for the “most polished” speaker.

We’re looking for honesty, perspective, originality, and people who are ready to step into the room.

You do not need previous speaking experience to apply.

We strongly encourage applications from women and underrepresented creatives who may not traditionally see themselves represented on stages, including working-class creatives, neurodivergent creatives, caregivers, disabled creatives, LGBTQIA+ creatives, and those outside traditional industry networks.
