Facilities
Everyone gets access to hot showers + fancy portaloos.
There’s also plenty of fresh water taps,
so be sure to bring your reusables!
Accessibility
SISTALAND is an outdoor festival set within the natural landscape of Chew Valley Lake. The ground is a mix of grass, track and gently sloped areas, and like all outdoor events, conditions can shift depending on the weather.
Because we’re a smaller festival, distances are shorter than most and the walk from the car park to the campsite and main festival site is around 200m across slightly inclined grass and track.
We’ll have:
Accessible toilet facilities
Accessible shower facilities
Rubber matting across key routes
Flexible seating options across the festival
Free accessible parking (must be reserved in advance)
If you’d benefit from accessible parking, help moving your belongings from the car park, or need any specific adjustments to feel comfortable and supported, please let us know in advance.
We genuinely want you to be able to attend, and the earlier we know what you need, the better we can put the right support in place.

Pitching Up With Friends
Glamping tents are located on the main festival site. Camping and Camper Vans are positioned in a dedicated field just next to the festival grounds.
For safety and layout reasons, each accommodation type has its own designated area, so you won’t be able to pitch a tent next to a camper van, or park a van beside a glamping tent.
We know… separating the group chat is never ideal.
The good news? Everything is close. The camping and van field sits directly adjacent to the main site, so you’re never far from the action (or your friends).
If you’re hoping to camp near specific people within the same zone, we recommend arriving early, spaces are first come, first served.
And honestly? Some of the best SISTALAND connections have started between neighbouring tents.
If you’re coming solo, or just open to meeting new people, this is where the magic happens!
*As an outdoor festival, we are working with natural land and real weather. In the event of heavy rain or extreme conditions, we may need to adjust layouts to protect safety and ground conditions.
What to leave behind
To keep everyone safe and comfortable, there are a few things that can’t come with you.
For safety reasons, BBQs, camping stoves, open flames and cooking equipment are not permitted anywhere on site (except appliances that are permanently installed inside certified camper vans).
Due to space restrictions across our beautiful festival grounds, awnings, gazebos and easy-ups aren’t allowed, this helps ensure there’s enough room for everyone.
SISTALAND operates a licensed bar, so no external alcohol may be brought onto site. Any alcohol brought in will be confiscated.
We also operate a zero tolerance drugs policy. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.
If you’re unsure about bringing something, please check with us in advance at festival@sistaland.co
Thank you for helping us keep the space safe, inclusive and enjoyable for everyone 💛

Cars aren’t parked next to tents, so you’ll be carrying your belongings around 200m from the car park - think of it as your warm-up lap ✨.
Please leave awnings, gazebos and easy-ups at home to keep the field spacious and safe for everyone.
Car parking passes must be booked separately (£10 per car).
And don’t forget to read the full T&Cs before booking.

Live-in vans must park in the designated campervan area. Please note there is no electric hook-up available, so come fully self-sufficient.
To keep the space open and safe for everyone, awnings, gazebos and easy-ups aren’t permitted.
