All passes include general admission to talks, panels, and the marketplace. Two-Day includes both dates plus continuous pass access. Some workshops have limited capacity and may require a free RSVP after purchase—we’ll email you if/when that opens.

Yes. Day 1 is Tuesday 11 November 2025, Day 2 is Wednesday 12 November 2025. Two-Day covers both.

No, but we are offering a free SISTALAND tote (RRP £15) to the first 100 tickets sold.

Ticket prices are set by us; a small booking fee is included in the cost of the ticket.

After validation e-tickets are sent by email from us right after purchase. Can’t find it? Check spam, then update your email via your order confirmation or contact festival@sistaland.co

If not sold out, a limited number may be available on the day via card/mobile pay only. We recommend booking in advance.

Yes. Name changes are allowed until [48 hours] before doors, email us at festival@sistaland.co to arrange this. We don’t support unofficial resales.

Tickets are non-refundable except in the unlikely event of cancellation. If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new dates, with a refund option if you can’t make it.

Some sessions are first-come, first-served; others require a free RSVP due to capacity. We’ll email ticket holders with RSVP links and publish details on the programme page.

General admission grants access to the festival; seating is not guaranteed for all sessions. Arrive early for high-demand talks.

Show your e-ticket (on phone is fine) at Registration to receive your pass. Passes must be worn for entry and re-entry.

Yes—free Carer/PA tickets are available with valid evidence (e.g., Access Card/letter). Email festival@sistaland.co before booking so we can set this up.

We aim to be accessible to everyone. If you have specific access needs (step-free routes, reserved seating, quiet space), email festival@sistaland.co after booking so we can support you.

This is a professional event and due to the nature of some talks and workshops, the festival is strictly over 18’s only.

The Night Ticket is an evening-only pass for Day One (11th November). It gives you access to everything happening after the daytime programme finishes at 5pm.
