Help make history with us at the very first SISTALAND Festival

We’re looking for friendly, reliable people to support across both days

Duties could include:
- Stage Guardians – keep the talks flowing, support speakers, timings + AV.
- Welcome Crew – first smiles at the door, check tickets, hand out passes, set the vibe.
- Festival Management– look after stalls + exhibitors, keep our partners shining.
- Wayfinders – be on hand to guide people if they get lost.
- Access Allies – help with access support and make sure everyone feels included.
Our social + BTS crew, shooting behind-the-scenes + capturing the magic for socials.

Anyone who identifies as a woman or non-binary, age 18+. No previous experience needed — just bring your energy, reliability, and a willingness to be part of the SISTALAND vibe.
Yes! All volunteers receive a full festival pass. You’ll work your shifts and enjoy the rest of the festival on us.
You’ll join the SISTALAND Crew and may be placed in one of these teams:
- Stage Guardians (support speakers + timings)
- Welcome Crew (front of house)
- Brand Buddies (stalls + partners)
- Wayfinders (helping people around site)
- Access Allies (supporting accessibility needs)
- Moments Team (social + BTS content)
Shifts are usually 4–5 hours, either morning or afternoon. You’ll always get breaks and time to enjoy the festival.
Yes — we’ll run a volunteer briefing session before the festival so you feel confident about your role and know the site layout.

Comfortable shoes, a refillable water bottle, and layers (the venue can get warm or chilly). We’ll provide crew lanyards + anything else needed.
