Meg is the founder of Journey to Play, a practice that explores how play, collective care, and nervous system awareness can support more joyful and sustainable creative lives. As a Play Coach, she nurtures creatives at all stages on their journey to play by preventing and supporting recovery from burnout, helping make play a more accessible, restorative, and sustainable part of life, both in and outside the studio.
Alongside her coaching practice, Meg is a Creative Wellbeing Facilitator, Designer and Researcher who creates workshops, talks and relational experiences centred around trust, safety, risk and connection to build resilience through play. Her work creates spaces that celebrate individuality and community, recognising that everybody’s relationship to creativity, rest and recovery is unique, and that none of us has to journey back to play alone.
